Library Services

Library services will vary depending on the campus situation

  • General Questions can be submitted to HCU Answers.
  • Reference Services - Librarians will be monitoring the Online Chat feature during any university interruptions.
  • Interlibrary Loan Services - expect possible delays.
    • Article requests can made; however, they may not be filled in a timely fashion by lending libraries.
    • The library is suspending interlibrary loans for books and courier delivery services will temporarily shutdown. Book requests will not be filled at this time. If students or faculty have already requested items on order or already have received books, they can email kfance@hc.edu to coordinate pickup and returns.
  • The Library is temporarily suspending making of ID cards and badges. If nursing or educations students need a replacement badge, the Library will need to confirm the situation with those respective schools and only create badges in emergency situations.
