Keyword Searches

One can search by Keyword by word or phrases bookended in quotes in either AquaBrowser or the Classic Browse Catalog Search.

Click on Classic Browse Catalog Search from the library homepage. Look on the right side menu for the work KEYWORD SEARCH.  Click on this and search by word or phrase.  Do NOT hit ENTER. Click on Title Keyword, Subject Keyword,  Author Keyword, or search All Fields.  This is the broadest search that can be run.

Aquabrowser is defaulted to run a keyword search from the beginning.

Subject Heading Examples for JMC or MCOM

Search by Last name comma first innitial for Subject searches (about the person) and Author searches (by the person). 
Search for books about the event covered.
Need more ideas? Go to the Library of Congress Subject Headings page to search for more ideas.
