The Man Booker Prize for Fiction is awarded annually for the best original full-length novel, written in the English language, by a citizen of the Commonwealth of Nations, Ireland, or Zimbabwe.
Presented each year by the Association for Library Service to Children, a division of the American Library Association (ALA) to the author of the most distinguished contribution to American literature for children.
