Paste the link into your podcasting software. In iTunes you can find
this option under the "Advanced" menu as "Subscribe to Podcast."
That will subscribe you to the podcast and begin downloading the videos into iTunes on your computer. Once the download is complete, sync your iPod with iTunes — making sure that the podcast is part of the sync process. That's it! As more videos are released, they will automatically appear in iTunes when you refresh your podcasts.
