These "ultimate guides" are 4 of a total of 33 like volumes that offer sport-specific training workouts. All of these books--and presumably the other titles in the sequence--have the same format. The first section covers year-round workouts for the specific sport, plus stretching, nutritional, and hydration needs for the athlete. The next four sections of each book are essentially the same: Price gives descriptions (complete with pictures) and reviews techniques for more than 80 different weight-training exercises. In each book he attempts to provide the best methods, program, and strategies for maximizing the athlete's potential in the sport.
