Phillip E. Johnson biographical skectch

Phillip E. Johnson is a retired law professor at U.C. Berkeley. He is a graduate of Harvard University and was first in his class at the University of Chicago law school. He clerked for the Chief Justice of the United States Supreme Court and had an influential career in law teaching. Johnson is best knows as the "father of the modern intelligent design movement" and an intellectual gadfly to academic complacency. Johnson's papers span his legal, social, and cultural interests and are wonderful opportunity of viewing legal, political, and cultural movements from the perspective of a leader.

Houston Christian University was chosen for his papers, because of HCU's commitment to the Christian faith, a liberal arts education, and innovation.
