DARIUS is HCU's institutional repository for dissertations and theses. DARIUS is named for the Persian king named in the book of Ezra. Chapters four through six (see 6:1 in particular) make an interesting story of a search through the royal archives.
DARIUS is a digital service that collects, preserves, and distributes digital dissertations and theses. It provides free, worldwide open access to the research, scholarship, and creative works of HCU's researchers and students. As far as it is known in Baptist circles, only Baylor and HCU have this type of archive. Our repository is an important tool for preserving HCU's legacy of scholarly communication and is a work in progress. Current programs with published works going into DARIUS include:
Current students wishing to submit new content, please contact your dissertation or thesis advisor.
