Dissertation and Thesis Submission

Congratulations! If you are reading this, then you are nearly ready for graduation! Submitting your thesis or defending your dissertation is a difficult challenge, submitting your dissertation to DARIUS, the library's digital repository will not be so. Follow the instructions on the Electronic Dissertation and Thesis (ETD) website and the cautionary notes on this page to guarantee smooth sailing! If you do experience any difficulties, please let your advisor or the library know. 

NOTES:

  1. Be sure to consult with your advisor regarding the placement of the signature page in your Word document BEFORE saving as a PDF.
  2. Click the Save button at the bottom of EVERY page! This ensures that you will not have to repeat steps.
  3. Remove anything that identifies your data sources such as school districts, etc.
  4. If you have any questions about anything, check with your chair before s/he submit your work to ProQuest for publishing. If there are any problems after submission and your work needs to be replaced for any reason, there will be a $49 charge from ProQuest to make the change.
