Saving Links to Full-Text Articles and Full-Text Journals

for Inclusion in Blackboard

Linking to Specific ProQuest Full-Text Articles

 

  1. Find a full-text article of interest.
  2. Click on the article. Just above the article title is a link entitled “Copy Link.”




  3. After clicking "Copy Link" you will get a window like this:



  4. Copy and paste the URL as an external link in Blackboard.

 

Creating Links to Full-Text Journals in ProQuest

 

Click on the “Publication” tab and search for a journal. Ensure that the journal is full-text. You will see the journal title and scope note will appear beneath.

DISCLAIMER: You will need to check this links periodically as the publisher and database relationship may change throughout the years. At some point, publishers have been known to pull the rights from the vendor thereby disabling access full-text database. At that point, the journal could become an abstract only database.
