4. Look for Texas Occupational Code.
5. Look at the first hit. It says "§ 301.001. Short Title This chapter may be cited as the Nursing Practice Act....."
After opening Library Database called Lexis Nexis Academic-
1. Open database. Use the Look Up a Legal Case. .
3. By Parties type in the surname, Lunsford in the first box by the "v" and on the other side Board of Nurse Examiners. Search.
4. You should retrieve 648 S.W.2d 391 which stands for Volume 648 of the South West Reporter 2nd edition and page 391.
5. What Texas Revised Civil Statute is cited? Read the case.
