ABSTRACT:
The research study preformed seeks a potential correlation between barefoot/minimal running and lower extremity injuries. It attempts to figure out how popular this trend is in the running community by finding: How many people have heard of barefoot/minimal running, how many people have tried it, and whether it helped those that tried it or hurt them.
