ABSTRACT:

The purpose of the research is to find the general level of awareness is for anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury and to find if implementing neuromuscular prevention programs would benefit youth athletes more than collegiate athletes. ACL injuries can be career ending and detrimental to young athletes and prevention programs are designed to protect athletes from harm.
